Kirkland Advises Sandbrook Capital on US$500 Million Partnership with PSP Investments to Fund Havfram

Kirkland & Ellis is advising the primary sponsor, Sandbrook Capital, on a US$500 million partnership with PSP Investments to fund Havfram, an offshore wind infrastructure company. Havfram will use the substantial equity funding to build a fleet of state-of-the-art offshore wind vessels.
