Kirkland Represents Weeks Marine, Inc. on Sale to Kiewit Corporation

Kirkland & Ellis advised Weeks Marine, Inc., one of the largest marine construction, dredging and tunneling contractors in North America, on its sale to Kiewit Corporation, one of North America’s largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations. The Weeks Marine and Kiewit organizations have worked together on several joint ventures since the 1960s. Financial terms were not disclosed.
