Kirkland Advises Valor Upstream Credit Partners on Senior Secured Term Loan with Recoil Resources
Kirkland & Ellis advised Valor Upstream Credit Partners, L.P., a dedicated upstream credit fund formed by Riverstone Credit Partners and Vitol, on a senior secured term loan with Recoil Resources, a privately held oil and gas company focused in the oil window of the Eagle Ford shale. The financing closed on September 14, 2023.
The Kirkland team was led by debt finance partners Lucas Spivey and James Bedotto and associates Purun Cheong and Brock Baker, with support from corporate partner Shubi Arora and tax partner David Wheat.
