Investment Funds Partner David Sherman Returns to Kirkland & Ellis
Kirkland & Ellis announced today that David Sherman is rejoining the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group.

Mr. Sherman has been a trusted advisor to a range of prominent private equity sponsors across all areas of investment fund formation, upper-tier arrangements and fund operations for almost 15 years. He has been acknowledged for his fund formation experience in leading industry publications including Chambers USA and the Legal 500 U.S.
