Kirkland & Ellis advised Snow Software, a global leader in technology intelligence solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Flexera, a pioneer in IT Asset Management (ITAM). Together, Flexera and Snow will offer an expanded global footprint, a powerful strategic partner network and expanded ITAM, SaaS Management and FinOps capabilities. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required regulatory approvals.
