Kirkland Advises Investor Group on Sale of Northwest Parkway

Kirkland & Ellis is advising funds managed by DIF Capital Partners, funds managed by Northleaf Capital Partners and HICL Infrastructure PLC on the sale of the Northwest Parkway to VINCI Highways, a subsidiary of global concession operator and construction company VINCI Concessions. The Northwest Parkway toll road is an approximately 14-kilometer toll road located in Denver, Colorado that serves as a vital connection between Northwest Denver and the Denver International Airport. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 following approval by the Northwest Parkway Public Highway Authority and other required approvals.
