Kirkland Advises Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on Acquisition of USA Water
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of USA Water from Warren Equity Partners in partnership with management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Kevin Mausert, John Wilkes and Brett Nelson; debt finance partner Katie Taylor; and tax partner Polina Liberman; and included corporate associates Brandon King and Alexei Segall; debt finance associate Matthew Demopoulos; and tax partner Rachel Cantor.
