Kirkland Represents CIMC Vehicles on Buy-back and Delisting of its H Shares

Kirkland & Ellis is advising CIMC Vehicles (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 1839; SZSE: 301039) on its proposal to buy-back all its issued H shares (other than those held by its controlling shareholder and the concert parties of its controlling shareholder), which will result in the delisting of the H shares from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The transaction was announced on March 11, 2024.
