Kirkland Advises LLCP on Sale of Encore Fire Protection

Kirkland & Ellis advised Los Angeles-based private equity firm LLCP on the sale of its portfolio company Encore Fire Protection to funds advised by global investment firm Permira. The transaction closed on March 13, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed. Encore is a leading provider of fire protection services across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States.
