Venture-Focused Investment Funds Partner Andrew Fink Joins Kirkland & Ellis
Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Andrew Fink has joined the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group.

Andrew focuses on the formation, structuring and operation of venture capital and growth equity funds, advising on all stages of fundraising, governance and regulatory compliance. He represents both established and emerging fund managers and also has significant experience with token, cryptocurrency and other digital asset-related investment structures.

Andrew joins from Gunderson Dettmer where he was a partner, having started his career at Proskauer Rose. He earned degrees from The University of Connecticut School of Law and Trinity College.
