Kirkland Advises TJC on Acquisition of Wedgewood Hospitality Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised TJC, L.P. on the acquisition of Wedgewood Hospitality Group, Inc. by an affiliate of The Resolute Fund VI, L.P., which is managed by TJC. Wedgewood is the largest and only scaled, asset-light, full-service provider of wedding services in the United States, operating over 75 venues across 8 states. Resolute VI’s investment will provide Wedgewood’s management team with significant resources to support organic growth, new venue openings, and operational improvements. The close of the acquisition was announced June 20, 2025.
