Kirkland Advises FFL Partners on Combination of Abacus and Medicus IT

Kirkland & Ellis advised FFL Partners, a private equity firm focused on growth investments in tech-enabled business services and healthcare companies, on the combination of its portfolio companies Abacus Group and Medicus IT. The combination creates a new multi-vertical IT Managed Services Provider exclusively focused on the financial services and healthcare industries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
