Kirkland Advises Interogo Holding on Investment in CityFibre

Kirkland & Ellis advised Interogo Holding on CityFibre’s £2.3 billion financing round, including new equity investments by Interogo Holding, Antin Infrastructure Partners, Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Mubadala Investment Company. CityFibre is the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform and the financing will accelerate the next phase of its growth and support its role in providing critical digital infrastructure across the UK.
