Kirkland Assists Ascletis Pharma on its Share Placing

Kirkland & Ellis represented Ascletis Pharma Inc. (Ascletis Pharma, Stock Code: 1672) on its placing of 52,400,000 shares, including 28,820,000 shares through a top-up placement. The Placing was announced on August 19, 2025 and completed on August 25, 2025.

The net proceeds from the Placing (after deducting all fees, costs and expenses incurred Ascletis Pharma) amounted to approximately HKD 467.69 million in aggregate.
