Kirkland Advises KKR on Growth Investment in Infobric
Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR on its growth investment in Infobric, a construction software company in the Nordics and the UK. KKR will become a significant shareholder alongside Stirling Square and Infobric’s management. The transaction was announced on September 29, 2025. Financial terms were not disclosed.
