Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG on the debt financing for its portfolio company Altimetrik’s acquisition of SLK Software.

Altimetrik is a leading international digital business services company. SLK Software is a global technology services provider focused on delivering AI, intelligent automation and analytics. The completed transaction was announced in October 2025. The combined company will operate across 17+ countries and employ 10,000+ professionals.
