Kirkland Advises Oakley Capital and General Atlantic on Investment in Brevo
Kirkland & Ellis advised a consortium consisting of Oakley Capital and General Atlantic on their investment in Brevo, a European leader in customer engagement software. General Atlantic and Oakley Capital are joining Brevo’s shareholders, while Bpifrance and Bridgepoint remain minority investors.
