Kirkland & Ellis advised Arcline Investment Management on the $685 million sale of Medical Manufacturing Technologies, LLC (MMT), a leading global provider of medical manufacturing solutions, specializing in precision cutting tools, to Perimeter Solutions, Inc., a leading global solutions provider for the fire safety and specialty products industries. The combination will expand Perimeter’s aftermarket product offerings and provide opportunities to accelerate the growth of MMT in the market.
