Kirkland Advises Cloud Software Group on Sale of Jaspersoft to HCLSoftware

Kirkland & Ellis advised Cloud Software Group on the sale of Jaspersoft to HCLSoftware (NSE: HCLTECH.NS) (BSE: HCLTECH.BO), the software business division of HCLTech. Jaspersoft provides a comprehensive business intelligence and reporting platform that enables organizations to create pixel-perfect reports, interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations. The deal was announced December 22, 2025 and is expected to close within six months of signing.
