Kirkland Advises Echo Global Logistics on Definitive Agreement to Acquire ITS Logistics

Kirkland & Ellis advised Echo Global Logistics, Inc., a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services, on a definitive agreement to acquire ITS Logistics, one of North America's fastest-growing third-party logistics (3PL) providers, headquartered in Reno, Nevada. The transaction was announced January 21, 2025 and is expected to close during the first half of 2026 subject to customary closing conditions and other regulatory approvals.
