Kirkland Advises Patient Square on Sale of Remaining Interest in Radius Health to B-FLEXION Life Sciences

Kirkland & Ellis advised Patient Square Capital on the sale of its remaining interest in Radius Health to B‑FLEXION Life Sciences. Patient Square and B-FLEXION originally acquired Radius in August 2022 through a take‑private transaction. The transaction was announced January 12, 2026 and is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
