Kirkland Advises EQT on Investment in Kelda Holdings
Kirkland & Ellis is advising EQT on its agreement to acquire a 42% shareholding in Kelda Holdings Limited, the parent company of Yorkshire Water and provider of critical water and wastewater services in the Yorkshire region of the UK.
Following completion of the transaction, EQT will work in partnership with its co-shareholders and Kelda Holdings’ management team to deliver sustainable operational improvements for the benefit of customers and the environment.
