Kirkland & Ellis advised Greenbelt Capital Management on its investment in American Wire Group. The transaction will support AWG’s continued growth across the electrification landscape and position AWG to further expand its portfolio of solutions across evolving industry demands. All key members of AWG’s management team will remain in their roles, continuing to oversee the AWG’s day-to-day operations.
