Kirkland Represents Imperial Dade on Merger with BradyPLUS

Kirkland & Ellis advised Imperial Dade, a portfolio company of Advent and Bain Capital and leading distributor of foodservice, janitorial and sanitation (JanSan) and industrial packaging products and solutions, on its definitive agreement to merge with BradyPLUS, a provider focused on JanSan, foodservice and industrial packaging. The transaction creates a leading North American distribution platform in the United States and Canada with expanded scale, product offerings, geographic reach and enhanced customer solutions.
