Kirkland Advises TPG on Debt Financing for its Acquisition of Tāmaki Health Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG on the debt financing for its acquisition of Tāmaki Health Group, New Zealand’s largest independent primary healthcare provider. Tamaki Health Group operates more than 50 medical clinics across New Zealand, including the White Cross and Local Doctors brands, serving 350,000+ enrolled patients. The transaction closed in April 2026.
