Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo-Backed Coupa on Acquisition of Tonkean
Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoma Bravo portfolio company Coupa, a leading platform for autonomous spend management, on its acquisition of Tonkean, an industry-leading agentic intake and orchestration platform. Tonkean is the fourth strategic acquisition in Coupa's vision to build the world's foremost agentic trade network, following Cirtuo, Scoutbee and Rossum.
