Kirkland Advises TJC on Acquisition of Luna Innovations

Kirkland & Ellis advised TJC, L.P. on a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Luna Innovations Incorporated, a global leader in advanced fiber optic-based technology. Under the terms of the Merger Agreement, each outstanding share of the Company’s common stock will be converted into the right to receive $1.39 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of certain conditions.
