Kirkland Represents Littlejohn on Financing for Acquisition of Milrose

Kirkland & Ellis advised Littlejohn & Co. on the debt financing for the acquisition of Milrose Consultants, a provider of building permitting and code consulting, municipal compliance, engineering and architecture services. The transaction was announced June 3, 2026. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
