Kirkland Advises Bain Capital-Backed Dealer Tire on $500 Million Notes Offering

Kirkland & Ellis advised Dealer Tire, a distributor of tires and provider of value-added consulting services to automotive dealerships and automobile original equipment manufacturers, and a portfolio company of Bain Capital, on an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 10.375% senior notes due 2031. The net proceeds from the offering of the notes were used to refinance existing debt. The transaction closed on July 2, 2026.
