Kirkland Advises Prosperity Partners on Strategic Investment from Lightyear Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised Prosperity Partners, a Chicago-headquartered tax, client accounting and transaction support services business, in connection with a majority growth investment in Prosperity from Lightyear Capital, a New York City-based private equity firm. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
