Kirkland Advises Banner Capital on Acquisition of Seaway Plastics Engineering from ICG

Kirkland & Ellis advised Banner Capital on the acquisition of Seaway Plastics Engineering LLC from affiliates of ICG Investments Inc. Seaway Plastics Engineering is a precision plastics manufacturer that makes products for medical device and other OEM customers. It operates cleanroom facilities and an FDA-regulated quality management system. The acquisition will form the third platform in Banner Capital Fund II. Seaway Group will be an outsourced design and manufacturing partner to leading medical device OEMs, with facilities across the United States and capabilities in precision injection molding, liquid silicone rubber, and complex assembly.
