Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on Strategic Growth Investment in Tanda
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, the world’s largest software-focused investment firm, on its strategic growth investment in Tanda, a leading workforce management, payroll and HR platform for shift-based workers. Thoma Bravo’s investment will support Tanda’s continued product innovation, including the company’s AI roadmap and its expansion into new markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
