Leading Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Lawyer Fern Han Joins Kirkland
Kirkland & Ellis announced today that Fern Han has joined the Firm as a partner in the Debt Finance Practice Group, where she will focus on project, energy and infrastructure finance.

Ms. Han advises borrowers, sponsors, lenders and direct lenders on complex, high-profile U.S. and international banking and credit matters, spanning project financings, acquisition and bridge financings, back-leverage financings and other structured finance transactions.

Ms. Han has been recognized by Chambers USA in Banking & Finance (Texas). She joins Kirkland from Simpson Thacher, where she was a partner.
