Kirkland Advises Pitchwise Holdings on Acquisition of Minority Stake in Valencia CF

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Pitchwise Holdings, a consortium of private family offices and long-term institutional investors, on its acquisition of a 42% minority stake in Valencia CF, one of Spain’s most historic and successful football clubs. The transaction values Valencia CF at an enterprise value of €1.25 billion.

The investment by Pitchwise is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
