Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo-Backed BlueMatrix on Acquisition of Aiera
Kirkland & Ellis represented Thoma Bravo-backed BlueMatrix, the global leader in capital markets content publishing technology, on its definitive agreement to acquire Aiera, a consortium-backed content delivery platform, to bring research authoring, governance and AI distribution together on a single stack. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
