Kirkland Advises TPG on Debt Financing for its Acquisition of Zembl Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG on the debt financing for its acquisition of Zembl, Australia's largest tech-enabled B2B energy brokerage and advisory platform, serving the Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), Strata, and Embedded Network customer segments. The transaction closed in October 2026.
