Kirkland Advises TPG on Close of TPG Rise Climate II at More Than $10 Billion
Kirkland advised TPG on the final close of TPG Rise Climate II (TRC II), bringing total capital raised across TPG Rise Climate II, the Global South Initiative (GSI) fund and affiliated vehicles to $10.4 billion. TRC II targets investments across power, transport, industrials and services, with GSI focusing on investments in high-growth climate opportunities across the Global South.
