FTC/DOJ Announce Changes to HSR Rules and Notification Form

The Federal Trade Commission, with the concurrence of the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice , recently announced substantial changes to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Premerger Notification Rules, the Premerger Notification and Report Form, and related Instructions to the Form.
