Deferred Prosecution Agreements Pass the UK Legislative Process

The Crime & Courts Act 2013 introduces into UK law the concept of deferred prosecution agreements for commercial organisations. DPAs are a law enforcement tool more commonly associated with US regulators such as the Department of Justice or the Securities & Exchange Commission.
