Jeffrey Bramson is a litigation partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focuses on transactional liability, products liability, employee and seller non-compete covenants, securities litigation and complex commercial litigation. Jeffrey is one of the country's leading practitioners of claims under Rep & Warranty insurance policies and related indemnity disputes. Prior to law school, Jeffrey worked as a statistical analyst at Harvard Medical School.
