The Practising Law Institute will host "Hot Topics in Mergers & Acquisitions 2016" in Chicago on Friday, September 30, 2016. An expert faculty of lawyers, general counsel, regulators and investment bankers will explore the state of M&A as well as trends for the year ahead.
