Kirkland & Ellis Receives 100 Percent Score on HRC’s 2013 Corporate Equality Index

Kirkland & Ellis LLP received a 100 percent score on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) 2013 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) survey. This is the sixth year in a row that the Firm received a 100 percent score on the survey.

HRC is the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals. The CEI report, released each fall, provides an in-depth analysis and rating of large U.S. employers and their policies and practices pertinent to LGBT employees. It is the premiere national benchmark for LGBT workplace inclusion. Businesses that receive 100 percent scores are recognized as "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality" and are considered among the most inclusive and fair-minded in their industry.
