Kirkland Represents Home Point Financial on Acquisition of Stonegate Mortgage Corporation for Approximately $211 Million

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Home Point Financial Corporation, a national multi-channel mortgage originator and servicer, on its acquisition of Stonegate Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: SGM), a leading, publicly traded, mortgage company, for approximately $211 million.
