Kirkland Counsels Pharm-Olam on Partnership with Quad-C

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised the equity holders of Houston, Tex.-based Pharm-Olam International, Ltd. on Quad-C Management, Inc.’s investment in Pharm-Olam, a multinational, full-service clinical research organization (CRO), serving the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries.
