ASIAN-MENA COUNSEL 2016 Deals of the Year

Two Kirkland transactions were included in ASIAN-MENA COUNSEL's "2016 Deals of the Year" report. Kirkland was recognized for its work as counsel to the ad hoc steering committee of bondholders for the Kaisa Group and for representing a consortium of China-based investors in their acquisition of Qihoo 360.
