Kirkland Selected as One of the “World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors”

Kirkland & Ellis LLP has been named to the list of The 2018 World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors for the Global Outsourcing 100® by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®). The Firm has been named to the list each year since its inception.

IAOP announced the lists for the The Global Outsourcing 100 Providers and the World’s Best Outsourcing Advisors on February 18 at the 2018 Outsourcing World Summit®.

The 2018 Global Outsourcing 100® and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors recognize the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. These lists are based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations. The 2018 panel is led by IAOP CEO Debi Hamill and Chairman Michael F. Corbett.

“In today’s economy, it is more important than ever for outsourcing buyers to be able to easily identify and select the right firms for their outsourcing needs,” said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. “The Global Outsourcing 100 and World’s Best Advisors lists are the essential tools companies reference to make smarter decisions. They provide companies with valuable insights into the outsourcing industry, leading and emerging service providers and advisors, and key developments to watch.”

"We are honored by our continued recognition by IAOP as being among the leaders in the outsourcing industry," said Neil Hirshman, Kirkland partner.

Kirkland’s Outsourcing Practice Group is an integrated team of lawyers across a number of Kirkland offices and practice areas.

“Kirkland’s inclusion on this prestigious list alongside other prominent firms and organizations is indicative of our long tradition of pioneering work and thought leadership in the global outsourcing space,” said Gregg Kirchhoefer, Kirkland partner.

Kirkland’s outsourcing lawyers take an active role with the IAOP. Mr. Hirshman is founder and co-chair of the Chicago Chapter and NorCal Chapter and vice chair of IAOP’s Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Kirchhoefer founded the Legal and Compliance Chapter, which he co-chairs with Kirkland partner Matthew Lovell.
