Kirkland Counsels Mach Resources on Partnership with Bayou City Energy Management

Kirkland & Ellis advised independent oil and natural gas provider Mach Resources LLC in an alliance with private equity firm Bayou City Energy Management LLC to form BCE-Mach LLC, a new partnership dedicated to acquiring, exploring and developing oil and gas assets across Oklahoma and Kansas. The partnership will focus on acquisition opportunities of producing properties with strong cash flow generation and drilling inventories. Read more about the new enterprise here.
