Kirkland Represents 3i on Investment in International Cruise & Excursions

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised 3i Group plc, a leading international investment manager focused on mid-market private equity and infrastructure, on its entry into a definitive agreement to invest in International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), an international leisure travel and lifestyle benefits organization. 3i is investing alongside the founders, John and Marcia Rowley, and other senior executives, who will retain a significant minority stake.
