Kirkland Represents Windjammer Capital Investors on Acquisition of Rowmark from Bertram Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Windjammer Capital Investors, a national private investment firm, on its acquisition of Rowmark LLC, a leading manufacturer and marketer of highly-engineered extruded plastic sheet and accessories to the engraving, signage and awards markets, from Bertram Capital.
