Deal of the Week: Trans World Airlines, Inc.

"The New York and Dallas offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges is representing American Airlines in their proposed $3.5 billion acquisition of Trans World Airlines Inc., a $1.2 billion purchase of assets from US Airways Group, an agreement to operate the Northeast corridor shuttle route with United Airlines and the $82 million investment in the newly formed DC Air.
